# Review and fill your posts

Brands use deadlines to ensure that posts are completed in a timely manner. You will receive one notecard for 1, 2, 3, and 5 days. But don't worry, you won't get spammed by the notecards: If you have, let's say, 3 posts with 1 day left, you will only receive 1 notecard.

However, for every post that goes into the status `MissedDeadline`. You will receive 1 notecard per post, regardless of whether you received one today.

{% hint style="success" %}
For performance reasons, on your default posts view, we are applying default filters.

* Accepted posts older than 2 months won't show.

Please note that when you apply a filter to your view, this date filter will not be applied.
{% endhint %}

## Request an extension of the deadline

We understand that life can happen, and missing a deadline can be particularly frustrating due to some unexpected real-life events. Bloggers can request a deadline extension directly from the post.

The store will then have the discretion to approve or decline this request.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you need to tell your sponsors that you're going away or taking a few days of holiday and need to extend all your deadlines, you can [change your status](/easybloggers/user-status-for-your-time-away-and-holidays.md), which will extend all your current deadlines.
